Return Process

  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back using the provided shipping label. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item as outlined above. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
